How do I start a warranty claim?
We process and administrate all of our warranty claims in conjunction with our dealers and so to have your bike considered for any would-be warranty implications you would need to take your bike and a proof of purchase demonstrating that you are its original owner to any Cervélo dealer near you and ask them to submit a warranty claim to us on your behalf. This will go before our warranty team and be assessed in conjunction with your dealer, after which any would-be next steps would be communicated to your dealer who would in turn be responsible for relaying that back to you.
