What does your Warranty cover?
Our warranty protects the original owner of a Cervelo frame “against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the frame is owned by the original owner, excluding paint and decals.”
Additionally, Cervélo forks, carbon handlebars, stems, and seatposts purchased after September 1, 2025 are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the part is owned by the original owner, excluding paint and decals.
Furthermore, for a Cervélo product purchased after September 1, 2025, in a non-warranty situation, Cervélo will make replacement parts available to the original owner at a reduced charge.
Cervélo customers are encouraged to register their products at the time of purchase here.
We process all of our warranty claims in partnership with our retailers. To have your bike considered for warranty coverage, please take your bike and a proof of purchase demonstrating that you are its original owner to any Authorized Cervelo Retailer, and ask them to submit a warranty claim on your behalf. Our Warranty Team will then assess the claim in conjunction with the retailer and communicate the resolution to you.
